Our Executive Director

Ambassador Bulus Audu Daniel Profile

"We are determined to establish inclusive mechanisms that bring together security agencies and communities to address threats to coexistence."

Ambassador Bulus Audu Daniel is a seasoned peacebuilding professional and social activist based in Jalingo, Taraba State. He has spent more than a decade designing peace programs, leading inter-communal mediation panels, and advocating for vulnerable displaced persons.

As the Executive Director of DPCDI, he works directly with regional actors, development organizations, and traditional institutions to implement Early Warning and Early Response (EWER) peace networks. Under his leadership, DPCDI has grown to support thousands of conflict survivors and established a robust monitoring network across volatile boundaries in Taraba State.

Objectives Plan

What We Plan to Achieve

Conflict Prevention (EWER)

Establish and sustain early warning structures with trained local observers to report signs of conflict, prompting immediate mediation.

Protect Religious Freedoms (FoRB)

Sensitize local security networks and community leaders to respect and protect citizens' right to freedom of religion and belief.

Empower Women & Youth

Provide vocational skills, drug-abuse awareness, and capacity-building programs to reduce vulnerability and foster social inclusion.

Rapid Humanitarian Response

Maintain an emergency operations team to deploy and coordinate relief materials (food, sanitation, shelter) during disasters.
